We care for the Family of God so that His disciples mature and grow.

Conflict Resolution, Reconciliation, and Team Building

God’s mission tends to move at the pace of relationship.  Meaning that if there is unresolved conflict or a disconnected team, the mission of God will suffer.  Facilitating conversations of ministry context discovery provides opportunities to re-discover unity, joy in His mission, and the forgiveness found in Jesus Christ.

Self Care and Sabbaticals

As pastors, church workers, and leaders care for others, they may neglect caring for themselves or their loved ones.  Please review the resources below, or contact our office for additional resources or assistance.

Caring for the “Least of These”

Many of you are familiar with the challenges and heartbreak of caring for those who are struggling with addiction, homelessness, poverty, abandonment…  The list of challenges in this sinful world is long, but the love of Jesus is longer, higher and wider.  If you are facing challenges in caring for the “least of these” please contact our office so that we might connect you with resources and even the resource of brothers and sisters in Christ that are engaged in similar ministry efforts.
