Middle School Youth Gathering

November 7-8, 2026

Preparations for the 2026 Nebraska District Middle School Youth Gathering are being made. The theme for our Gathering, scheduled for November 7-8 at Younes Conference Center South in Kearney, is KNOW, based on Acts 4:12.

Please note that you will register for the Gathering and then make separate arrangements for housing with the hotel of your choice. Hotel costs are not included in the registration fee. Each group will pay housing fees directly to the hotel. This allows your group the flexibility of booking the number and type of rooms that fit your group best. Please follow the instructions on the housing information page.

To ensure proper supervision of youth participants, the Nebraska District recommends a ratio of at least 1 adult for every 7 youth. Adult leaders must be at least 21 years of age, and groups with both male and female participants are strongly encouraged to have both a male and a female adult leader. Depending on the size of your group, it may be helpful for you to assign leaders to small groups.

Registration is now online! Due to space limitations, this event will not accept more than 800 participants. Please note the registration deadline and register as soon as possible.

If your registration is postmarked by September 30, the fee is $110 per person. Between October 1 & October 15, registration is $120 per person. After October 15, registration is considered late, and the fee will be $150 per person. Full payment of gathering registration fees and a completed Group Submission Form are required or your registration will be returned. Do not send your group submission form without payment.

Please make only one payment per group. (NOTE: Online payment is NOT available for this event.)
