cultivate relationships

We cultivate relationships so that the body of Christ shares His love.

Cultivating a Discipleship Culture

“All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.  Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.  And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” – Jesus

We recognize that Jesus has given us the Great Commission to go and make disciples, but we may not recognize His discipleship process in our own congregation or in our own life.  We can assist with the facilitation of conversations surrounding mission focus or strategic plans that include the necessary (self-identified) changes to the current culture that allow a Biblical Discipleship culture to emerge.

Cultivating the Emergence of a New Ministry

As you love your neighbor and strive to meet the needs of your community, you may discover His plans for a new ministry opportunity.  We can assist with the development of strategic steps, partnerships with others serving in similar ways, and other resources that allow you to celebrate the emergence of a new ministry in your community.  See the Mission Grant Application link below for more than financial needs alone, but also intentional steps that can guide this new opportunity.

Cultivating Learning Environments for Pastors

Here in the Nebraska District we have defined pastoral development in this way:  Intentional Theological, Vocational, and Relational development for Under shepherds.  Learn more about Leadership Learning Communities, Coaching, and Peer Groups in the resources below.

Mission Grant Application
