Educator and School Links and Forms

The Nebraska District offers many of the forms educators are required to complete in an electronic format. The links below will open these forms. Instructions are on the top of each form.

Commissioned ministers may complete or update their Commissioned Minister Information Form (CMIF) online at the Church Worker Update site. If you need assistance logging in, please contact the Office of Rosters and Statistics at 888-843-5267 or email rosters.stats@lcms.org.

The Lutheran School Portal has been replaced by LuthEd, and a membership is no longer required. LuthEd offers free resources for all users.

Project Compass

Project Compass is a District wide school improvement plan for the schools of the Nebraska District. The vision of Project Compass is that all the Lutheran Schools in the Nebraska District LCMS will implement the Concordia Curriculum Guide for Lutheran elementary schools, map their curricula in a consistent manner, test the students using a consistent system, and become accredited through National Lutheran School Accreditation.
